Nearly 5,500 associates across Benchmark's home office and 70 independent living, assisted living, memory care and continuing care retirement communities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic participated in the survey. Associates highlighted Benchmark's welcoming culture, meaningful work, commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and positive impact on residents and local communities.
