CLEAR (YOU) and Nordic, a global health and technology consulting firm, announced a partnership to streamline electronic health record (EHR) account management for healthcare organizations, aiming to boost security and efficiency for both patients and providers.
Nordic, which works with over 700 healthcare organizations worldwide, will integrate CLEAR’s CLEAR1 reusable identity platform into client systems. CLEAR1 is NIST IAL2/AAL2-compliant and enables patients and providers to use a single, privacy-focused digital credential across the care journey, from account creation to coverage verification and claims access, reducing repeated identity checks.
The collaboration addresses common challenges in healthcare IT, where manual verification processes can slow workflows and increase cybersecurity risks. By embedding CLEAR’s identity layer into Nordic’s end-to-end health IT services, the companies aim to deliver faster onboarding, lower administrative burden, and stronger security protections.
