Draganfly Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO) demonstrated its latest tactical drone technology at a private Pentagon event, spotlighting a new system designed to deliver lightweight, precision strike payloads. The event was part of a Department of Defense initiative focused on developing low-cost, unmanned aerial systems for modern defense needs.
The company’s drone platform was paired with the Mjolnir Modular Munition System, a compact, drone-ready strike system developed by MMS Products. During the demo, Draganfly’s drone successfully deployed the payload, showing how small, unmanned aircraft can be equipped for strategic missions with minimal cost and rapid deployment.
The system was created to support fast, adaptable defense strategies, allowing for high mobility and quick response in the field. Draganfly’s participation followed a successful earlier partnership with MMS, and comes after Mjolnir was used in a live-fire test by the U.S. Marine Corps
