NORWELL, Mass., Aug. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Proven Behavior Solutions ("Proven"), a leading provider of clinical and education services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Massachusetts and Connecticut, announced the appointment of Mark Donovan as Chief Executive Officer. Scott Snider, Proven's co-founder and former CEO, is stepping down after over nine years of service. He will continue contributing to the company's strategic objectives through his service on the Board of Directors.

Mark Donovan, incoming CEO for Proven Behavior Solutions.

"On behalf of the Proven Board of Directors, I am pleased to welcome Mark as Proven's next Chief Executive Officer," expressed Tracy South, Chair of Proven Behavior Solutions. "Mark's impressive leadership and operational experience in the childhood education and pediatric care space, coupled with the foundation of clinical excellence established under Scott's leadership, aligns well with Proven's growth goals."

Prior to joining Proven, Donovan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Magical Beginnings Learning Centers, a network of early childhood education schools, and Attain ABA, a multi-state provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. He also served as the Chief Development Officer of Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Vantage Oncology. Donovan joined Proven's Board of Directors as an independent director in 2023 and served as a special advisor to the CEO.

Donovan expressed enthusiasm about the new role, stating "I am thrilled to be leading Proven Behavior Solutions. I have been working with children's developmental focused businesses, and the wonderful clinicians and care takers that serve them and their families, for the past ten years. Each time we play a role in helping make a child's life better, no matter how big or small, is reason to celebrate. Proven is a leader in each of its markets and its strong reputation and culture is something I look forward to continuing."

Proven also recently welcomed Kyle Bray to its executive leadership team as President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Piero Velarde as Chief Financial Officer. Bray previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Podimetrics, ConsumerMedical (acquired by Alight Solutions), and MEP Health (acquired by U.S. Acute Care Solutions). Velarde previously worked with Donovan at Magical Beginnings Learning Center, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, and held financial leadership positions at Performance Physical Therapy and Clinical Care Medical Centers. Bray and Velarde will work closely with Donovan and Dr. Kara Verseckes, Proven's Chief Clinical Officer, to drive operational excellence across the organization in order to best serve Proven's clients with the highest quality care.

"This is a fantastic end to an almost decade of leading Proven's growth from my kitchen table to the organization it is today," said Scott Snider. "I am excited to see what Mark and the rest of our new leadership team will do to increase access to the high quality care Proven is known for across southern New England."
